  • Maximize capacity

  • Stress system to see how it holds up (games/pointed workouts)

  • Evaluate effectiveness and plan next step

Our Priniciples

Every training plan begins with an assessment of where you are now, and where you want to be as a result of our work together. IMON is committed to meeting you where you are, and then working together to achieve to your goals.

Your training plan will be customized to your unique abilities and talents.  We don't try to force you into a predetermined plan - we tailor our program to you.  Every client has their own strengths and talents: IMON works to identify your unique abilities - and then maximize them.

Meet Aaron

Certified Fitness Trainer & Personal Coach

After running away and attempting to run things by my own understanding, I've found that being (or claiming to be) and expert doesn't work for me without spiritual guidelines to follow.  I've found that just like anything else, information without trusted interpretation is folly.

I have been encouraged by trusted members of my family, church family, and friends, to be a blessing to others by making sure everything I do falls under the heading of SPORTS MINISTRY.

The areas i feel blessed to have knowledge in are: Formal athletic coaching, Individual body recomposition, and functional life change thru eating and exercise pattern change.  I am compelled to say that all may not be viewed as important to everyone, but for true lasting change to occur... really are!
